The customer service is amaizing. Hana helped me in everything I asked for, specially on the customization of the loyalty page.

I haven't used it for an extended period of time yet so I can't comment on whether this is entirely useful for my business but the app seems easy to use so far and customer service is good! Hopefully this works!

Amazing customer service from Audrey! She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. I really appreciated how patient and helpful she was. It made the whole experience so much better!

Hana and Raymond were so helpful today. I spoke to Hana at length as I'm new to the app and had various questions since this is my first time launching and rewards and loyalty program. I had over 10 questions and each were answered and explained so efficiently, meanwhile Raymond was working in the background to help customise my program.
