Tiana was super helpful in getting our new theme's Loyalty Point page all set-up! I was having trouble with being able to add the blocks and she quickly got them in there and was very kind. Love this app.
Follow-up: I needed help again, shocker! lol! Hana was so kind and quick with providing some custom coding to make the widget work on my page. Thank you so much!

Alyssa was wonderful! Very patient and helped me with all 10 questions I had. The support team immediately jumped in to fix an issue I was having in my store. Been working with Joy multiple months now. We have been very satisfied with how things work here, including the seamless POS experience.
Today we had some issues with changing layout of the app and Lydia was quick to respond and walk us through the process. Great experience!

I am very happy and thankful to Hana for providing such great support. I’m not very well versed in these things and she was patient and helpful in my needs. I’ve used other apps before but I love Joy because it is easy to work with and the support is phenomenal

easy to set up. didnt really needed any help with the information they had. customer support was 24/7, so its good if any issue arise. Thanks cs, mia for the fast checks and resolution.
