Joy: Rewards & Loyalty Program

I just set up the app, so I haven't seen it in action yet. What I've done so far to set it up was fairly easy and the customer service representative I spoke to was really helpful. Her name was Rainy.

So far great! Hana was very helpful & efficient is setting up the app. Everything went smoothly & really quick

so far so good, may be to early to tell, but launch and set up is simple and clear. easy to understand

I'm loving the Joy: Loyalty Program app on my Shopify store MoonGoddessGifts.com. I just started using it and it is wonderful that I can customize the colors/theme. So far so good! I just set things up in about a half hour. The tech support agent was able to answer my questions really fast too! I am excited for my Customers to start seeing their points add up!

I was extremely pleased with the service Esther gave. She was quick, competent and very kind. Took us about an hour to figure out several issues with the loyalty program and integrating it with Judge.me reviews and the whole time Esther was very patient with me and gave me an answer to everything! I would 100% recommend this app.

Jasmine was super helpful and addressed all my concerns, definitely an asset and I'm hoping to chat with her again.
