Joy: Rewards & Loyalty Program

Marcus was amazing and very helpful! I was very satisfied with the help he provided. I needed help getting the app all set up for my business and it was much easier than I expected it to be and Marcus made it even easier. So thankful I found this app!

Joy Support was very patient and helpful with me as I navigated setting up my rewards program. I had a busy day where I was in and out of the chat room, but after a few hours, I got it all set up and we're excited to offer our customers this new feature and to help our business while doing it! It has taken me a while to get to this app, so much to do in getting a new website up and running. There where a few things i did not quite understand so got onto the support chat on Good Friday!!! Jasmine and Wiliam were there and within a few minuites i was up a running. Very happy and excited to use this super flexible app. Thanks Jasmine and Wiliam!!

The app performs better on google chrome than it does on safari, which is a con for me, but the fact that it's SO EASY to set up and use and Liz with customer service is so quick to get it up and running for you makes it worth it. Thanks so much again! I appreciate you guys and the easiness of this app!
