Excellent points app. I installed it in one of our stores. Support helped me with a custom change and has jumped on very quickly whenever I had a question or issue. Very happy with this app. Will be installing on our second store soon.

I had a few issues setting up the Joy Rewards app and initially spoke to a couple of team members. However, it was Sonny who truly stood out. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly understand and resolve my issue. While others tried to help, only Sonny stayed on until everything was properly sorted. Joy has become a key tool for us — we use it to run our loyalty program across multiple markets, and it has been working flawlessly. The setup is intuitive, the design is modern, and the customization options cover everything we need — from rewarding purchases to incentivizing customer reviews.

We especially want to highlight the amazing customer support. The chat communication was excellent — they responded quickly to our questions about language versions and helped us smoothly launch the program on our new Czech and upcoming Slovak stores. The app is easy to use and set-up and even the free option has enough flexibility to get you on way nicely. And best of all the customer service and support team has been excellent from Day 1 addressing whatever issues and question I have had with patience, clarity and speed.
