Very expensive service!
To fix the theme issue (desktop pages not loading up on Google's Rich Result Test tool), 60 minutes of work will cost you $3,000. Avoid this company!!!
As stated before, this company is basically taking $35 from people. They do not respond to service requests. There is no evidence this app is working or improving my site's traffic, SEO, what it claims to do or otherwise. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

Company was non responsive to email and support questions we had and it seems the app did not work properly which is why we reached out for help. We uninstalled the app again. Lost 35 USD, because since no one responds to support questions, you cannot ask for a refund either. GREAT!
