Judge.me Product Reviews App

The support for this app is outstanding. I rarely experience such fast and helpful support from any other app, and that is a huge priority for me with any apps that I use. Thank you to everyone on the support desk, you have been so helpful, and I'm delighted with the customisations that have been done for me by support to get the app looking and functioning just how i want it.

Oualid from Judge.me provided excellent support in helping us implement a code change that ensures the review tab opens correctly when users click on the review stars. Everything else with Judge.me has been working smoothly as well. We're very happy with the service & app and would definitely recommend it!

Took a while to find their support contact but once I got it I received very helpful answers to what I needed.

So far, this app has been great at getting customer engagement. I ran into an issue with color change on a button and the chat bot was really good although could not quite get me fixed. transferred me to a live agent and 5min later issue was fixed. You get a lot of options with this app so be ready to spend some time learning what features will best fit your store. And know you get stuck support has been great.
