So far extremely helpful with any and all issues. Its not a perfect app but they're very aware of any issues and working to make it the best possible. Customer service has been very fast each time!

best reviews app. affordable + great. have all the features you need at a price that cant be beat and doesn't rip you off by making you pay based on revenue, etc

So far really easy to use. I started with the free plan to give it a try. After 6 months I bumped up the awesome plan and its definitely worth it

I would recommend this app as I have just set up my website and had a few reviews. I found this easy to use and integrate to my website.
There is lots of other extras that you can use to benefit from and help with website reviews . Good customer support when needed and easy to use instructions

I had a query regarding my app and changing some things on the review page. The agent could not have been more helpful (Jess). She asked for the information, went away and within minutes she'd already done what I needed without any hesitation. This is quite possibly the best app I have on my store and the helpdesk has always been amazing!

The level of support you can get so quickly from the live chat is fantastic. I wanted to adjust the placement of the star rating badge, and within 20 minutes it was all adjusted and setup correctly on my store. Big thank you to Jess for getting this sorted out so quickly!

I'm currently using the free version and I'm very satisfied with the tool. There are many great solutions for collecting feedback and widgets for attractively presenting them on the website. Additionally, big thanks to the support team who helped me when I had issues with settings for other language masks. I recommend it! :)
