The app is perfect for reviews and very easy to use! I would recommend upgrading to the paid app as it allows for more customisation for your reviews on your website. Customer service is perfect as well, very quick to help and very helpful. Great little app to show off your reviews!
Extremely well designed app, can be a little bit tedious to customise your widgets, but it's really awesome to have the options available. Looks fantastic on the website, and I love the transparency regarding customer reviews!
The best review app on the market. The team is very helpful and always available whenever I needed them and fixed any kind of problem in fraction of time. Easy to navigate through, customers rarely have any problem using it. The Customer Service is excellent, Highly recommend.

I have used Judge.me for years. This is such a comprehensive app with features I have yet to even scratch the surface of. Their customer service is so amazing. They are prompt and extremely helpful. I will be a user for many years to come.
I am very impressed with the 'judge.me' app on Shopify. I am able to customize the review email that is sent to customers and see the ratings on my Product pages. I added a discount for customers to use on their next order to the review request email that is automatically sent. I also wanted to send an email to customers that received emails previously but did not provide a review. I was able to use the 'chat' help provided and the person 'Brian' was an amazing help. It was not just a robot, but an actual person. He provided urls to articles, provided advice on what I could do to make improvements. His help alone makes me appreciate the app even more!!
The Judge.me team are incredibly helpful when migrating platforms. It's always such a huge job switching apps but they have made this process as easy as possible and have jumped in and helped me set things up. I'm excited to finish my email templates and get things live.
If you're needing a new review app but keep putting off the migration, just do it and reach out to the team for help. Very happy so far!
Brian did a great job helping us understand the various badges of Judge.me. He helped us manually mark some reviews as verified after checking the purchase history of the customer. He knows his job well and would love him to help us with understanding and using the various badges to make an impact on our store!
The app in general is pretty easy to use! Definitely recommend.
The app works well, and we’ve had helpful agents in the past. But after a recent support request to fix a display issue with review stars, the Judge.me team made theme changes that created duplicate elements on our product pages. When we reached out for help, support flat-out denied touching the theme:
“We haven’t made any changes to your theme code.”
“This falls outside of our scope of support.”
“We recommend you contact Shopify support.”
These statements were repeated over and over—even though the changes had been made by another Judge.me agent two weeks earlier, which we had to prove with a chat transcript. Only after escalation did their advanced team step in... and break our live product template entirely, removing titles, descriptions, and buy buttons.
We run a high-AOV business and spend heavily on ads. Losing product functionality for seven hours during peak traffic is not something a $45 refund fixes. We also asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and were refused.
A senior agent eventually apologized and promised internal changes, but the damage was already done. If you're running a store where uptime and reliability matter, be careful: Judge.me support will edit your live theme code, and if things go wrong, you may be left without real help when you need it most.
