Judge.me Product Reviews App

This app is fantastic! Since I downloaded it, my reviews have increased, and I really appreciate the ability to add photos—something my previous app lacked. Additionally, the customer service is fast and efficient! I've contacted them a couple of times, and they always respond quickly to resolve my issues. Just today (Black Friday), I reached out for help, and the representative Cassiano assisted me in less than five minutes, which exceeded my expectations. I am a very happy customer!

I like this app, it has taken a while to get used to it. I like that it accepts video and picture reviews and sends coupon codes if you like to choose that. It took a while to get all the pieces working. The showing reviews on google took me a while to set up. I still have some social set to do but the tech help is great, fast and supportive.

The Judge.me app is incredibly user-friendly and looks fantastic on the site. On the very rare occasion that I encounter any issues, their chat support is impressively quick, and problems are always resolved promptly. I can highly recommend the Judge.me app for reviews. Had it on my shop for over a year, no issues whatsoever with collecting and reviewing Reviews. Works seamlessly. Had a bit of a challenge to get DNS verification for the email return path, but the support team helped me out and sorted it within 15min of my contacting them.
