This app is easy to install, setup and user-friendly. For start up businesses, free plan is great to start with. Customer service is quick and efficient in resolving queries. I had used the web chat and they answered my queries immediately and resolved the issues.

I give it this many stars because Ron helped me tremendously. I didn't have to reach out to judge.me, they reached out to me and knew i needed help. Set up was easy and painless.

I now understand why Judge.me has a 5.0 rating.

I installed it, started to feel overwhelmed (as I do with every new app I set up on Shopify), then suddenly up pops a chat from Ron, a real human. He then proceeds to set everything up for me, asking for my feedback along the way. I asked plenty of questions, and Ron answered every one of them, providing screenshots of where I need to go to solve each question.

I'm not being hyperbolic here: This is the best customer service I've ever received from an app. I didn't know this level of support existed.
