Judge.me is a fantastic reviews app. It has all of the features I was looking for as well as quick customer service.

The customer support is excellent! It has all the features you would want. Totally worth the cost

The process of importing reviews using .csv file is super smooth. I wish there was a way to export a .csv fo any excel file of all your shopify product IDs with product URLs so i could get the template ready but it's okay.

Gorgeous app it adds so much vitality to the website - feedback from customers etc.
But, the best part is the support, if you have an issue you can contact their chat support and within seconds they have a solution, they have provided changes to our code and updates within minutes where others would take days.

Great service! Only just downloaded the app, but if it's as good as the customer service is then it'll be a great app!

Currently I've just installed the app to test it in a store that has yet to be published, but so far the app looks good. I found a small translation error, which Soufiane helped solve in a very quick and skilled manner with complete transparency of what they did in order to solve it.
Also, for everyone that has a store in a language that is not in one of the languages mentioned in the "About this app" section, don't worry; these languages only refer to the admin languages. There are many more to choose from when selecting the language for the Widget and notification emails.

Great product. Does exactly what I need to display reviews and add trust to my website. Support is also very fast. Fixed my alignment issue within 10 minutes. Very impressed! Keep up the good work!

Recommend!! The agent and customer service was SO quick. I felt like I had a coworker on the other side helping answer questions quickly to resolve issues even faster than I expected (issues were resolved in under 5minutes). Set up is also flawless. The app could use some work with having clearer language when explaining the set up step by step process, but their fast customer service makes up for it. Have never been this impressed.
