It was super easy to install with Soufiane's help. I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it's great... The old app I was using was going to be removed from Shopify soon so I needed an alternative.

I have not come across another platform that has offered such service as this. The support team never fail to be polite and carefully explain whatever it is you need to do with your queries. One of the best one it comes to customer support, solve your issues easily

Switched from Stamped. During the transfer process, Judge.me support was very good and quick. UI is nice and simple. All works well. Five stars!

I am very happy with the app and I installed it on my second store too. Support is best I have ever seen. True 24/7 support from real people who solve the issues quickly.

The best help center experience I ever had. I spoke with Felix, a very nice and patient guy. It is not difficult for him to explain anything or to do anything that was needed to help me. All recommendations!!!

The process of importing reviews using .csv file is super smooth. I wish there was a way to export a .csv fo any excel file of all your shopify product IDs with product URLs so i could get the template ready but it's okay.
