A very kind member of the support team got back to e very swiftly and pointed instructed me on what to. Once i emailed them back, another member of the team emailed me to ask me to check my query and i am so very happy as my issue has been resolved promptly within a day. Thank you so much!

One of the worst apps i used. They make you believe to give you free stuff but instead just a bait to get you to the paid plan. Do not fall for the trap of which looks nice on paper.
