Abdelrrahim was a huge help to fix complex issues in our theme combined with judge. He was very quick and professional, we really appreciate his help to correct some display errors.

Judge.me works fine for Shopify, but with older theme versions, some adjustments have to be made in the code.

We would definitely recommend judge.me app anytime.

Beats any other app with their wonderful support team.

So easy to integrate to my Shopify store. I love that customers automatically get a request to review and it populates to my website without me having to do a thing! They even have a chatbox for customer service right in the app on Shopify. So much nicer than searching for some way to contact for help!

One of the best customer service teams out of all the Shopify apps I've used. They are always quick to reply to my messages and do their best to fulfill my requests. Some apps want you to figure it out yourself but these guys really go above and beyond!

Send them an email and you get a response almost immediately. Send a 2nd question, same thing.

I needed a bit of handholding on my 1st campaign and I had to go back and forth almost 10 times. The same email trail, but different agents responded. All 10 SUPER helpful!!!!!

Best support and best review app PERIOD! Messaged in with an issue that took me far too long to figure out. Which i never did. Messaged support, within 30 seconds Thanh had my issue resolved and went above and beyond and made sure that everything else came thru right! Couldnt be happier!

Felix was very helpful and was able to fix my 404 issues. They also showed me where my store customer service review landing page was. Highly recommend
