Lot of features, even in the free version. Looks like the paid version can help if you also have google ads. Set up was not hard. The main issue was to make sure the file export of old reviews is clean. Judge.me was very helpful with chat support. Would highly recommend.
The customer support reached out to me as soon as I opened the app for the first time. They helped me with all my questions and helped me get started.

Very cool app, neat and tidy
Pick Judge.me after being notified the other app on Shopify was being discontinued- while I am not versed in the installs for my website, I had to ask for assistance from the Judge.me team. They were great helping with the fix and notifying me when all the updates were completed. Thanks Judge.me
