Awful support and constant technical issues. We've been using Judge.me for 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but enough is enough. They misled us into their paid plan with promises of collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they claim a 'technical glitch' is preventing reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) from showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It’s been three days of major sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our situation. With no solution in sight, we're forced to switch to another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

Extremely Disappointed with the Poor Customer Service! less that 1 star
I am absolutely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced with this company. The representative I dealt with was unbelievably frustrating to communicate with. He pretended not to understand me and took forever just to say a few words. It felt like he was wasting my time intentionally!
Even worse, he practically told me that I needed to figure everything out on my own, implying that they don't actually do anything to help their customers. If you don’t understand something, too bad—you’re on your own. I have never encountered such a lack of support and unwillingness to assist in any business. This was truly an eye-opener, and I am beyond disappointed. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. They need to seriously improve their customer service standards. Unbelievably poor service!

Overall the styling of this app is pretty old, it looks like it's been created in the 2010s. If you want to have it look modern prepare for some serious CSS rewriting and even JS hacking.
The support is good, but it just seems like the architecture behind this was bad from the start and everything custom needs a workaround.
The translation part is really bad, I've got a store in both english and romanian and the translation just doesn't sound romanian. If I put that on my website we'll just embarrass ourselves.
There is no way to adjust the translated texts in the review widget, you have to either accept their translation or write custom JavaScript to intercept those texts and change them in the page. Doing that causes a flicker where you see the initial text first, then the it quickly changes to your text. You just need to hope the client doesn't notice.
The multi-language review emails allow translation, but you can only set change the text. The product title, which is outside your control, stays in the language set in the admin(EN in my case). So, imagine an email in romanian with products titles in english. Very professional....
There is currently no way to change this, I'm being told by support, although this basic problem should've been solved years ago..
This app is just not made for stores that use more than one language at the same time.
Found all this after spending about 3 weeks of my extra time customizing it. I don't recommend it.

we tried this app first time it miserably failed to work on our shopify store ,tried to approch the support team for a resolution and give them collaborator acess to our store for atleast 5 hours checking by themselves they failed to provide a resolution ,hence i am not recomending this app
Complete lack of privacy for store owners and any customer that posts a review with this app! They publish your info on their website and shopping portals for the world to see. This is a clear violation of privacy especially if you run stores that sell products that are very discreet in nature. Do not use if you respect your customers privacy.

The ways in which we use and process personal data are GDPR compliant, we only collect the personal data required to operate our services. We are also processing your data erasure request and will update you shortly once this is done.
The reviewer however, has full control over what is public or not, including the reviews. They can at any time unpublish their reviews or even completely delete them.
In addition, the reviewer can choose how their name is displayed, including making it anonymous. They are free to change this whenever they want by logging in to their profile. This is to give reviewers more control over their reviews and their data.
We understand that the reviewer name logic could be improved and this is something that the team is working on.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Judge.me Product Reviews App, especially after my recent experience with their support team. After Abraão ran some code on my Shopify store, a significant portion of my product images were removed, leaving my store in a complete mess. To make matters worse, he acted like nothing had happened and offered no solution to fix the problem.
To add insult to injury, his manager Carlos was even worse. I showed him video proof of how my store looked before his staff messed it up, and he kept playing it off like nothing happened. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused serious disruption to my business. I would not recommend this app to anyone, and I certainly won't be using it again. Proceed with caution if you value your store's integrity."

I recently installed and utilized this app for reviews on my site. I started with the free version but it doesn't allow you to do much of anything. In order to fully test I did the trial and signed up for the "Awesome" plan.... After having support actually get email working, after many failed attempts from me, they wouldn't tell me what the problem was. Then The Facebook and Instagram push and auto push doesn't work. It fails all the time and just gets api errors from both. If you completely disconnect and re-add it "could" work one time then back to errors. Support was useless and just gave me the same instructions to disconnect and reconnect even after I told them it doesn't work.
Lastly the app is plagued with navigation from pages to settings that don't exist, the documentation is seriously lacking and tells you to go to places that don't exist.
This may have been a good app at some point but it is trash and so is the support.

- Review request for old orders: it seems 14 Apr and 15 May were previously selected, which are after the installation date, so no extra requests were scheduled. We'll improve the error message here to make sure this is communicated more clearly.
- Facebook and Instagram auto-push: You're right. We shouldn't have sent you the repeated instructions. We deeply apologize for that. Our developers are investigating this issue to see why the error happened. However, as each Facebook page is different, it would really help if you could share with us a screenshot/screen record of how the page was connected and the permissions given.
- Wrong navigation: We've just done a complete revamp of our app and are in the process of updating our documentation. Thank you for reminding us how important that is.
