I love how the free plan offers just what a startup needs to collect reviews - I am able to personalize the emails and schedule them out for whatever time frame you choose. customer service was super fast and helpful when I had a question too! I highly recommend!

I only started with this app today on our shopify site and it is absolutely brilliant. Quickly upgraded to the paid plan as I soon realised I wanted the All Review page on my site albeit the free version has plenty of great features. I had a slight glitch getting the all reviews page to show correctly and eventually thought I would try the chat feature in the app. 20.00 at night thought I would be lucky to get any help there.. but no, Casianno came straight back to me and within 10 minutes had sorted the problem for me. Fantastic product and amazing customer service!

The team is always here and ready to help. I had a problem that was quite complicated. After a few trials, they transferred it to the back office team, and it was solved in a day following some emails. I am glad they finally solved it perfectly. It was out of my expectations, so 5 stars.
