Apart from a little coding issue when setting up (Thanks Brian)
The app was very easy to customise to our website. There were a few settings that I would like to have changed but I needed to be on the awesome plan. Will look at that in the future.

We use shogun and so the conversion over to judge.me was a little bit different but at each point of the process I got the help I needed and was able to easily get thing sorted out. The folks at judge.me were way more helpful than I ever would have expected.

Customer Service is excellent that comes with this app. Igor helped me when I was very overwhelmed trying to figure out how to navigate the upgrade. He assisted me and explained what needed to be done and took control and did it in no time. Thank you!
