It has a semaless review collection flow and the awesome plan offers A LOT of designs for the widget, it looks super professional on my site! Everything works perfect and their customer support is also awesome.

It is a used app; I had a slight problem with reviews not loading on the dedicated review page. I reached out on live chat, and Rodrigo helped me fix the glitch. The service integrates well and sends emails to help us collect reviews

It can be integrated with other software, and can be connected to the Google merchant center with one click (although, I don't want to connect yet). It has powerful functions and can provide awesome customer service
