Love Judge.me! We have been using it for over a year. Felix was great help when my theme updated and some features disappeared. He fixed it straight away.

Thanh was amazing. She was super quick for my needs, we imported some reviews with her and she prevented me from doing lots of excel work.

The app also work so much better than other review apps especially when you think cost effectiveness.

It is good! Learning the app slowly - it provides ability to customize. I do need a bit of hand holding but the support is awesome and they are great to work with. Very responsive and also helpful.

Victor did a great job helping me move a review that had been incorrectly assigned to the wrong product and then went on to show me how to prevent it in the future. Nice customer service!

I was having some trouble and reached out to support. I immediately received a note back....that doesn't usually happen! Then, the most polite, helpful and wonderful service followed. They responded so quickly and really wanted to resolve the problem fast for me, which they did. You can get a feel for an organization if you talk to more than one person in that organization. Everyone I spoke to was super sweet and genuine. I love this group and this app!!!
