great customer service and prompt response time

We are using the app for multiple stores since about 2 years. Never had any issue. The synchronization feature to allow reviews of different stores to be combined is great.

Setting up the app is not super-easy, but the support is great. I am not tech savvy so it may be easier for other folks. I can't say how the app works yet since I just started using it.

Perfect and super fast support for every problem

now that shopify deprecated their review app, i had to find a replacement and this was a no brainer. i got it installed and working quickly. I was deciding between this and loox, but this is much better and the support is out of this world!!
