Great and Helpful Guy

Great onboarding support, great help.

I'm still getting to know and exploring the platform. But at first I received great service and received incredible feedback from support.
So far I'm very satisfied with Judge.me overall

I just had the greatest customer support from Victor who resides in Toronto, he was able to fix my problem and explain what was wrong so it doesn't happen again. this man deserves a raise. great service

App seems to work well. Customer service was very quick to respond and very helpful when contacted for assistance.

Works great. Interface could honestly be MUCH better, but once you figure it out, it works. Customer service is very strong and responsive - unlike competitor St*mped, which is what made us go with Judge. Shout out to Vic for being esp helpful. Admittedly this is a high four-star.

I just installed the app and the chat window popped up and a nice lady offered to help me set it up (free of charge). I was surprised but figured why not.
It was an easy process. I love a customer service like that. No waiting on hold for hours to get a live agent, no small talk with the person on the other end of the phone, just simple messages, straight to the point. Excellent!

Now I just have to wait for my buyers to start leaving reviews :)
