I absolutely love this app. I was not quite ready for the monthly fee as I have a brand new website and I don't have the revenue yet to justify the monthly fees for all these different apps. However, I reached out to Andrew via their message chat and he helped with a feature that was not available. Incredible customer service! I will be signing up for the full service of what they offer! I have just started using this app. The customer support proactively reached out to me with help. Mr. Ron helped me to set up and integrate the Judge me app into my store.

UPDATE: Apparently the team behind this app wasn't satisfied with a 4-star review, haha. They called me on the phone to discuss and resolve the issue described below. I am a happy customer. 5 stars!

Excellent support team. They're always online and respond quickly.

I have had some trouble with customer complaints, though. Sometimes when customers leave a review, they use a nickname that hides their first and last name. However, for some odd reason, Judge.me will (in some cases) still use their first and last name. I believe it has something to do with the customer clicking on a Judge.me email and their name being revealed through that. I was not satisfied with Judge.me's answers to my questions on this issue, and there wasn't a real solution.

Andrew has been incredibly helpful in guiding me through the setup process. His expertise and assistance made the experience smooth and efficient. I greatly appreciate his support!
