Faissal was so helpful! I have only just started using Judge.me but its all going smoothly, its easy to use and have not needed much assistance from customer support, but when I do need assistance they are amazing!

My store is reporting an error with code on the page after installing the judge review plugin
“Liquid error (snippets/review-widget line 12): Could not find asset snippets/judgeme_widgets.liquid”
I opened the online help window and Mr. Igor was very responsive, technically professional, detailed and friendly.
In the end the problem was solved, probably because my theme template could not be verified judge compatible and needed to be installed manually. Keep up the good work and hope it gets better.
