Really great customer support with this app! I was having a hard time importing some reviews, and they collaborated and helped me out within minutes. Also prompted me to help add a few customizations without me even having to ask.

Ron was super super helpful in assisting me with setting up. I'm very new to Shopify so he gave me the steps to set everything up myself as I was a bit hesitant to give him access to my store. He showed me tricks to use the app to the fullest that I would never have found on my own and he even checked in to make sure I was doing everything right. Not to mention he gave me a free trial run to the awesome plan, wow! Customer service is A1 even on the free plan. Highly recommend! - A Happy Customer :D

Judge.me has supported the growth of my e-commerce business by streamlining the process of gathering customer feedback, and helping me to present it clearly - both on my Shopify store and when sharing directly to social media. When used together with a customer focused mindset, it is a powerful tool to help engage with your customers and create much needed customer confidence in your product/service. The customer support by the Judge.me team has also been excellent - both in terms of speed and helpfulness. Worth paying for.

I just downloaded the app and then a minute later Andrew popped up on a chat (reassuring me he is not a robot!). He helped me install the star rating to my product page. His help was very much appreciated as I am new to Shopify and things are taking me extra long.
