I would recommend this product to others. It's not as confusing as most apps I have tried to use. When I came across a question a few different times I hit the chat option and was in conversation within minutes. Ron was amazing and patient with me as I showed him what I was trying to do. I figured this would be an hour conversation but I learned how to do this task now for future reference and my task tonight is complete so thank you Ron you are great! If I ever need help I hope you're the one that answers.

Fantastic, easy to use app! This is the simple truth -- I only wish I knew about Judge.me sooner. The app has everything I need; including sending review requests to past buyers and importing reviews from other sources. The help has always been super responsive and documentation easy to follow. This is a must have when starting a Shopify store!

5 stars for the support and service. I had difficulty installing this app as there were errors which prevented the app from installing. I received support mails each time my installation failed. Finally I decided to provide access to Felix who instantly fixed the issue, had the app installed and up and running. I wish the app could have been more easy to bulk import required reviews for all products on store but nevertheless its quite good. What made me keep going back to judge.me to get the app installed is the service they provided, the quick responses (I hardly had to wait minutes for an email response) and the awesome support and resolution by Felix. Very impressive. Thank you Felix, Celis and judge.me team.
