Ron was so helpful and fast. I was so appreciative to have his help as I was having problems making our reviews visible.

They have always very kind people in support. They try to help you as much as possible - and if they cant, they try to advice you with a different solution. For example I spoke with Zineb who was on chat with me for more than an hour. In the end we solved the problem I came up with.

Judge.me's customer service is nothing short of STELLAR! While installing the app, I had an issue with the widget in which a pop-up suggested I contact customer support. When I did, I got an immediate response from Felix, and my issue was taken care of in less than 5 minutes! Not only did they fix the problem, but they also continued to answer my myriad questions. I'm very impressed so far!

So far, so great! Although we've had some minor issues getting reviews to work for orders placed before adding the application, the team at Judge.me has been super responsive and helpful. Their attention to service is enough to give them a 5-star rating, and I would recommend them to a friend.

I stopped using because of the price and I decided to find something else found judge me reviews and if they charged they would still be better than fantastic customer service the people were kind, helpful, and easy to work with stop using use judgeme reviews instead.
