Judge.me Product Reviews App

great app, great customer service

I just downloaded the free version today since my old product review app will be removed from shopify. It was recommended to me by shopify and I like that they had a free version. I needed some help with importing my old reviews, Ron was amazing! He was not only able to import my old reviews for me but he also helped me with the color of my review and email. He was patient and answered all my questions. So far this was a great decision.

If you're thinking about downloading it, DO IT!

Je commence tout juste à utiliser cette app. Mise en place simple. Réactivité du service-client. Seul point négatif pour le moment (plutôt gros point négatif pour moi) : Judge.me n'est pas pris en charge par l'app Shopify de traduction et donc nous sommes obligés d'en télécharger une autre uniquement pour traduire Judge.me.

The service is stellar. They always answer within a minute around the clock. They helped me transition from another review app and answered 1000 questions I had. Oh and of course the app looks and operates flawlessly.

Easy to set up and customer service is second to none!

Tonight, I stumbled upon Judge Me and was just getting it set up when a chat window from Dang suddenly appeared. What a wonderful discovery! Dang went out of his way to help me configure everything. I'm so appreciative of his outstanding assistance! I can't wait to use Judge Me and explore all of its features right now. Knowing that I have such a valuable tool at my disposal gives me peace of mind. I'm eager to see how my user experience is improved.

We are using Judge.me now since two months and have gradually made broader use of the functionality. Review import, Widgets, Review Requests etc.. Overall we are very satisfied. Configuration overall is ok, but sometimes dependencies between modules/functionalities require some consideration. But Judge.me support is always super fast and helpful. Solved all questions/issues immediately.

Update: Still very positive with the support. Recently Thanh and Cassiano ahve helped to solve several smaller issues. Good job. Thanks

Looks very good on the website, I was unsure what to do at first, but Felix helped set it all up, actually I didn't do anything I just installed it and Felix changed the colours to fit the website, set up the email templates, and made suggestions, which I took and yes it made a huge difference. Everything fits in with the aesthetic of the website. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend!
