This app was easy to install, and walked me through the steps of integration pretty well. I had a couple of stumbling blocks, but Brian from the Judge Me team was Johny-on-the-Spot with just the right remedy. The reviews look great, very professional. This was a "forced" change since the "Product Reviews" app that we had been using went the way of the doh-doh bird. It's an upgrade, for sure, and I appreciate that they offer a free version.

Sorry to hear that you were having an issue with the reviews. Upon checking, as autopublish was disabled, the reviews needed to be curated before they could show up on your live store.

Judge.me is wonderful. It offers everything you might expect from a review application. It's easy to set up. But wait for the finest part... The customer service is exceptional. Every time I talk with their support team (for updates or general inquiries), they go above and beyond. They're all smart and provide extensive answers to your queries. They want to assist. What else could you ask for? The Judge.me staff is here to assist!!! Han, my most recent supporter, really smashed it. Thank you for the incredible product and excellent service.

Fantastic, easy to use app! This is the simple truth -- I only wish I knew about Judge.me sooner. The app has everything I need; including sending review requests to past buyers and importing reviews from other sources. The help has always been super responsive and documentation easy to follow. This is a must have when starting a Shopify store!
