The app is great however it has limitations that need to be corrected. If you have many products and group the reviews Google Merchant will give you an error on the reviews and will not show them due to 'too big'. A workaround is to break the single XML file into multiple smaller files and submit it as a zip file which Google recommends and accepts.

Really great app for gathering product reviews. The set up is pretty intuitive and they have added a bunch of really great features recently including a search function and an image gallery to help visitors find feedback about the store's products quickly and easily. Also, I have to say the support is top-notch. Super responsive and VERY fast. Highly recommend!

such a great app!! I recommend it to everyone who has a shopify store and wants to build their reviews. Their customer service is professional and so helpful. Cesar helped me today through the online chat and it was fixed within 20 mins! The only thing I wish I could do is customize the email that is sent out for customers to review. It doesn't allow me to customize it on the free plan.
