We have found Judge.me amazing and very helpful with growing our e-com business and showcasing our customer's thoughts of our products - the support is fantastic, and we have been very impressed so far (using Judge.me for over 2 years with 750 + reviews on our website)

Great review app that easily integrates into shopify. Rich seo text snippits are a huge plus, and all my reviews are being read correctly by google. I can even see how many reviews my product has when I google it! But I'm not a huge fan of the need for people to approve the edits to a review. As a nutritional supplement company we can't have any unapproved medical claims on our site, so we clean up our reviews to remove these terms even if they did help the clients. But now we're having clients disapprove our changes, despite the need to change them to be compliant with the FTC. It's hard to explain this concept to customers who feel the products work. But other than the clients being able to deny our reviews, good job!

Unbelievable value, even with the free version. The support team are extremely helpful (Especially Louie) and fixed all of my search console issues within 10 minutes through the live chat! Thanks so much, this app is amazing!!!

Honestly, a service I wouldn't leave because... 1) fair pricing, 2) great features, 3) overall value added to my business, 4) really incredible support staff.

Their support is on 24 hours and all their support guys know enough about their product or service to assist or fix issues right then and there - including several times I've had issues with code or display products. Pretty incredible app.
