Zuverlässige Reviews-App, schneller und kompetenter Support. Ich nutze die App für Produktbewertungen schon länger. Bis jetzt gab es noch keine Probleme. Leider lassen sich Trusted Shops-Bewertungen nur via CSV importieren, und dann auch nur Text-Bewertungen (keine reinen Sterne-Bewertungen). Diese sind dann auch nicht "verified". - Anderenfalls wäre ich gern komplett auf Jugde.me umgestiegen.

I was having issues when translating my product description to other languages. I got immediate help during the whole weekend. It turned out my review rating was frozen with the translation when the translation took place and only accurate in the english original. Top Notch Customer service!

We have been using this app in multiple stores and it performs beautifully. There are a lot of options for personalization, for conversion improvement and great looking widgtes. Also we love that we can sync the reviews to google and to other stores that sell the same items.

Excellent review app for Shopify stores. Setup was quick and the widgets look clean on the product pages. The automation for collecting reviews works smoothly and helps build trust with customers. Definitely a must-have app for any store.
