Judge.meを搭載してレビューを投稿してくれるお客様が増えました。またJudge.meのスタッフの方も質問への対応が素晴らしく早く丁寧なのでとても助かっています。今後ともよろしくお願いします。

店舗運営に必要なベーシックなアプリかなと思います。設定は英語ですが、チャットは日本語でできるようになっているので困ったらチャットで解消できました。

レビューの見た目含め，CSSで細かいカスタマイズが可能。
ドキュメントも用意されていますが，チャットで聞くともっと的確に
教えてくれます。

個人的に5日間以上悩んでいた事が，カスタマーサポートのチャットの
アドバイスで，一瞬で解決しました！神サポートです。

レビュー機能自体も素晴らしく，無料版でもかなりの事ができます！

日本語対応が可能でした。
返信も早く適切なアドバイスです。

The app interface has improved, but some functions are still difficult to locate. A search feature would greatly assist users in finding what they need. Additionally, some widgets may not work properly at times, so it’s important to check them periodically. Furthermore, the design of the review section could be enhanced to appear more professional.

Great app. Works well, lots of widget and display options.. Just overall seamless and easy to collect reviews with. No complaints..

And for the price, probably hard to beat this app, honestly. Judgeme offers as much as some of the big names at a fraction the cost.

Support replies almost instantly via chat and very quick to help with whatever, so that's really appreciated and a strong positive.

Geweldige app. We werken al jaren met Judge.me. Bij problemen reageren ze echt snel en lossen het altijd op. Echt een aanrader.

日本語翻訳がなく全て英語で難しいと感じるところもありますが、サポートがしっかりしているので、メールやチャット等で素早く解決してくれます。
