Judge.me Product Reviews App

I have nothing to complain about so far. I used a different review program for a previous brand i had and it was costing me an absolute fortune each month. Judge Me might not be the prettiest option but it does the job very well. Support was also amazing when i had a small issue that they got fixed straight away.

This was my first experience with Judge.me support. I've had the app installed for months, but recently upgraded. The support team was awesome. The features are amazing, and the team helped to resolve all my questions. This app has a high potential of making a massive difference when it comes to rewarding customers and obtaining media / content from customers.

We are a new business and love the app so far. I had a question about authentication and a score we received. I contacted Judge.me through the chat and Jess was able to assist. She explained how the customer reviewer was verified. I was able to send her screen shots of the customers who had not been verified (showing orders and the great reviews). Jess was able to confirm and updated our site!

Where do I even begin? The support team is by far the fastest I’ve ever experienced on the Shopify store. The app is absolutely incredible. It has everything you could need, not just for collecting reviews easily, but for displaying them in the most effective and visually appealing ways for your store. I couldn’t recommend it more!
