I have been happy with my experience using the Judge.Me app on my shopify site. Been using it for over a year now. It does what I need it to do and is fairly straight forward to use. The customer service has also been very helpful and prompt when I do have questions. Been considering upgrading to the paid version for some upgraded features, mainly to have my reviews transferred over to Google shopping but currently just have been using the free version. Easy to use, the free version is great! I'm just about to delve into the paid version to see how the extra bits work out.

Does what it says on the box! Pretty worry free, though the initial setup seems daunting it's all pretty self explanatory. Their support was helpful too (once you get past the awful chatbot).

We are still in the first few months of using the app, but so far have been impressed by the features and especially the customer service. The app and features are generally pretty intuitive to navigate and set up, while their documentation for support in addition to the live support are excellent.
