Judge.me Product Reviews App

Intuitive interface, good basics and enough to customize while on the basic plan, quick support. Importing reviews is easy, however we still doubt if this is legal.

App doesn't work properly and instruction on how to remove your app is out date and support is minimal. I do not recommend this app.

I have changed my 1 star to 4 star review. Thanks to Carlos Diez call he fix the remaining issues I had after uninstalling Judge.me app.

I had a few problems setting the app up, however the support was really efficient and helpful.

A little tricky to navigate but very powerful app. You get a lot in the free plan, but I did have to upgrade to the paid plan so that I could send review requests to past customers. That being said, the free plan is still full of enough features for a small business. Customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable and able to confidently resolve issues.

I really like this app for reviews. I wish I had a bit more flexibility with wording and colors, but it seems if I upgrade, I'd get that. Support has been great though.

Great app! It provides exactly what I need for my customers. The entire staff listens and jumps into action when there are questions or concerns.

Now that it works for me (thanks to Leandro's assistance), Judge.me appears to be far better than the previous app I used.

I would tell people what a great customer service experience I had. Soufiane was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. Very respectful of my being very new and not having a clue what to do. He deserves customer service award.

I had the pleasure of working with Hoang, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He assisted me with everything I needed and was extremely quick in his responses. I truly appreciate his support and dedication.
