Judge.me Product Reviews App

This app has been an excellent tool for managing customer reviews on our store. It is extremely easy to use and user-friendly. We can quickly approve, respond to, and edit reviews. Additionally, it has helped us increase our sales by making our customers' feedback more visible. Highly recommend!

Had a issue with the centering a widget on a page. Contacted support got a reply with a simple resolution in about 9 hrs. Ending up being some conflicting code my team put in place in error. Couldn't ask for better support service than that!

Been using it for a while now on the Awesome plan. I left Shopify for a while to go to Wix so had to stop using judge.me

Didn't like Wix so came back to Shopify and am happy to now be back using Judge.me

I just got help from Han and she was so patient and able to help me change exactly what I needed, even walked me through how to add custom code to my website to make it do what I needed. Very happy with this app so far!

I love this app! I’ve been using it for years. I love that potential clients can come to my website and read all the good reviews from my clients. This has brought in more sales to my business. Their customer service is fast and excellent. 10/10 recommend.

We initially used the free subscription which suited our needs as first; the paid option provided more advanced features like sharing reviews to social media sites and allowing us to provide a referral reward to customers.
We are currently reviewing the 16 day free trial of the "Awesome" plan, and so far it seems great.

It has been great to see the positive feedback from customers, which I'm sure will help create credibility in our store, both online and in the shop.

When attempting to use a great widget that Judge.Me recently released, I was dealing with many different technical issues. One of their agents (Hazma) fixed all issues I was experiencing and made sure that the widget was operating exactly how I envisioned it! This will do wonders for conversion rate, thanks again!

I'm new to Shopify and don't have much experience with website-making. Judge.me is easy to set up, understand, and collect reviews! I love how it looks on my website and how easy it is to navigate on the backend.

We we are loving the features of the app so far. I love the integrations as well. It makes it easy for our customer to leave a review on the products they have purchased. I love the fact I can setup an automatic email to have sent to my customers after a specific amount of days to ask for their feedback.
