Great service! Makes review collection easy with automation.

Fantastic customer service - and I love the app as it is easy to use! Customer service first assisted me in getting the app added to my store. I wanted a simple customization, and they did that for me, too! I can't wait to complete my move from the other e-commerce platform and start collecting reviews!!

I want to love it but its glitchy and a number of things don't work well. Changing settings does not seem to have an effect, I had to get tech help to change code to get things to work and I will have to do so again with a new theme update likely.

I have contacted JudgeMe support a few times and every single time i've left feeling satisfied. They're always willing to help out and make their app work for your biz. Faissal has helped me massively recently.
