Judge.me Product Reviews App

Had changed themes and the background colour was not editable. I contacted support and they fixed the issue right away.
I love the app and works well with Shopify!

This was my first experience with Judge.me support. I've had the app installed for months, but recently upgraded. The support team was awesome. The features are amazing, and the team helped to resolve all my questions. This app has a high potential of making a massive difference when it comes to rewarding customers and obtaining media / content from customers.

Highly recommend this app, it's seamless and works (and looks) great. But, it's the support that really stands out. I received a pro-active email from them when they spotted that I needed to verify an email address, which I really appreciated and am not certain I'd have otherwise caught. The support I then received was super fast and efficient (and kind and patient), Victor walked me through the process and then the follow up support I received from Han, Claudio, Hakima, Brian and Carlos was also fast and efficient.... thank you all!

Fantastic customer service - and I love the app as it is easy to use! Customer service first assisted me in getting the app added to my store. I wanted a simple customization, and they did that for me, too! I can't wait to complete my move from the other e-commerce platform and start collecting reviews!!
