I recently started using Judge.me to collect product reviews on my website. While the app itself is great, I ran into a bit of a snag with customization. It wasn't displaying exactly how I envisioned on my site.
But here's the amazing part: I reached out to Judge.me customer support, and within only few minutes they had my issue resolved! Victor was incredibly friendly, patient, and made the customization directly to save me time.
This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes a difference. Not only is Judge.me a great review app, but their support team is top-notch.

Integration to display reviews on Google doesn't work. Been going back and forth with judge.me and Google for a few months, judge.me says that everything is fine and Google says that's something is missing in the data.

Reviews might not be shown in Google Shopping if there's a discrepancy between the product identifiers in the Reviews feed and the ones in the Products Feed. We've checked and can confirm that the data in your Reviews feed are good to go. We'd be happy to take a look at your Product feeds as well to see if we can suggest an improvement to resolve this issue.
Love this app, I've used it for my own store and also client stores. Customer support is top notch. It does have a few wee bugs from time to time, but the support is always there :)
This app is beneficial in showing reviews and giving a product page a professional look. Excellent customer service from their team side as well especially thanks to" Igor " who was very cooperative and helped me to give my store a professional look. Highly recommended
