I installed JudgeMe as it seems to offer a lot of free perks, which is great when you are just starting off.
I managed to import all my reviews from my marketplace shop via uploading a csv file. It then took me a couple of hours to configure everything as I wanted.
The main reason for writing this review is the absolutely brilliant customer service so far - I had an issue with the homepage stars not displaying properly and I reached out in the chat. Not only did they answer within minutes, but they also solved my issue within minutes (Thank you Gabriela).
So far the best app I’ve downloaded to support me on Shopify.

This app has been very helpful in reaching my clients to give reviews to the store. Also, I asked for help twice in the customer support and both Faissal and Hakima helped me solve my issues.

I did not know how to add a carousel rating on my homepage, have some chat with Judge.me customer and it was done in 5 minutes. Extremely good support, no tickets needed. Great Job!

its a nice app helps a lot in making my website more trustworthy and have a amazing customer support team . i was facing some issue with the app but Victor helped me so much and resolved my issue in secs and he was kind enough that he even changed judge me app colour them as per my store themes so it does not look different form the store on my request . and just want to say thank you victor for helping !!!
