Great!
This app is extremely easy to use and whenever I can't figure something out on my own, someone is always able to help me within a few minutes.
It's an app that actually works without the need of coding, which is rare in Shopify. It also has great customer service, which is additionally rare - on this planet.
Their live agents are nothing short of AMAZING! Always on the ball.
Our shopify theme had an issue with Review snippet and was fixed by Abderrahman in 5 mins. Thank you guys , we love the app.
The support team at Judge.me is fantastic. I had a problem linking the star ratings to specific products last night. I emailed them, and they responded immediately. I thought I'd get an automated email and have to wait days for a solution, but all interactions were in person, and my problem was solved within half an hour - such a difference from most apps, which have AI bots and long wait times. Highly recommend.
