I just started a few hours ago with this app and what I can say: great support! Everything went well and my answers regarding manual report request has been answered thoroughly and as quickly as possible. The setup was easy with the assistance of Ron. I like that there are options available for future upgrades. I chose to start with the free version until I get familiar with the software. But overall great experience getting everything set up and ready for reviews. Thanks
