its for the support team which agent was Han who give the best support to me. For best understanding she is the best i give her 5 star for the support to understand my issue.

We use Shopify's Minimal theme, which has been around a while - we've been active since 2013. Literally tried installing 8 different Review apps - including Judge.me - to replace the soon deprecated Shopify Reviews, could not make any of them work. I'm not a coder, so nothing against the products, but clearly there was some kind of issue.

Went back to try Judge.me again, hoping for some rescue operation to kick in - and it did. Daniel was super and got it up and running pretty quickly - except it took forever to load on the page. But when I pointed this out, Daniel got back deep into the code and found another app was creating a "loading block", then came up with and implemented a solution that got Judge.me working properly but did not harm the "blocker app" performance. Great experience, if you're having problems similar to above, be sure you give Judge.me a try !! Thanks so much Daniel !!
