Judge.me is absolutely amazing! The features are super useful and easy to navigate. The customer support is outstanding, super friendly, incredibly reactive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. You can tell they truly care about their users.

The pricing is very fair for everything you get, and it’s packed with features that make it one of the best review apps out there. Highly recommend it to any store owner looking for a reliable, powerful review tool!

So far, this app has been great at getting customer engagement. I ran into an issue with color change on a button and the chat bot was really good although could not quite get me fixed. transferred me to a live agent and 5min later issue was fixed. You get a lot of options with this app so be ready to spend some time learning what features will best fit your store. And know you get stuck support has been great.

Judge.me has been a resounding success for us—effective, easy to use, and pretty much exactly what I need. There are a few minor hiccups, of course, but the support team is probably the best and fastest I've experienced. Most importantly, though, unlike so many other Shopify apps, the free version is actually fully functional!

We use the Awesome Plan on this app and it is great! It provides us with exactly what we need to easily collect and manage our customer reviews. Their support team is also very helpful, there were able to assist me in creating the exact look I wanted for the review display. Definitely recommend!

Great support staff and amazing app overall. Let's our customers see how honest we are with our reviews while allowing them to read real customer reviews and see their awesome photos/videos.

I wanted to change the local language wording of the review collection page as it was automatically translated from English in a very awkward way, that would put off a potential local reviewer.
I was informed by Support that this is not possible and the best they could offer was that they create a ticket and forward it to the product team as a feedback so they can consider this in future updates.
It is difficult to understand why such a simple translation issue cannot be fixed right away.
UPDATE: The judeg.me team was very helpful in finding a solution, and they managed to fix the entire translation process within a few days. It’s now working perfectly. Hats off to them in terms of customer focus.

Very helpful team that goes above and beyond. Many times I've reached out because of this or that issue and they jump in and fix it right even if it's code changes etc.. very helpful.
