Super helpful tech team and responsive when you need them?

I have a handmade store in which I make everything I sell. I feel the "Judge me" app helps me and my store by allowing customers to share their experience and opinion of the products they are using. This helps other shoppers as well. I appreciate the work the JudgeMe team is doing. I had an issue with updating recently and the customer support is super responsive (unexpectedly). I am to grateful that my issue was quickly resolved without any back and forth communication necessary. Thank you kindly!

Really great app and amazing customer support for a free product! They helped me with some issues I had super fast.

Within minutes of downloading the app within Shopify I had a team member names Jess send me a message asking if I needed help getting everything set up. She added the review functions to all the pages, adjusted the colour scheme to match our website and adjusted the font sizes. This is the best customer experience I have had with a tech product. Wow, was not expecting the fast support. I emailed Kien and the Judge.me team at night about a reviews request. I expected it to take around two business days; it was done before I finished my late night snack. Love working with this support team.
