Great app, but there's probably some other great review apps on here too. Difference maker for me was the "support chat" they have on their site. VERY quickly I can discuss/troubleshoot issues with a smart person. Love it!

Love this review app. Best value for money compared to other apps. And customer support is excellent.

I'm on the free plan, and you get a lot included. Currently, I send the reviews manually so I don't resend to the same customer twice.

Support is great every time I reach out. They'll help get certain features working for my store by going into the code as well.

Received amazing responses to my 10 questions I had. Super fast and professional. I'd recommend you guys to increase the fees to above 15€ - you app can do way more than for example Trustedshops which we used before. They charge 150€ / month.
