Just getting started with the app but have to say that the support from these guys is absolutely outstanding!

Ron was an absolute rockstar helping me with installing the Judge.me widgets and he went above and beyond with other customizations too. Truly impressed by the customer service and now I'm actually excited about this app.

Lot of features, even in the free version. Looks like the paid version can help if you also have google ads. Set up was not hard. The main issue was to make sure the file export of old reviews is clean. Judge.me was very helpful with chat support. Would highly recommend.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever received from ANY SaaS, Product, and/or Service-based company (including my own) EVER. Don't hesitate. I don't think it's possible to get any better. Oh, and product does it's job well... but the people. WOW. Great job CS team!
