日本語がほしい。

現在、Judge.meでは顧客向けメールやレビュウィジェット(ストア上に表示される部分)は日本語対応しておりますが、管理画面(ダッシュボード)はまだ日本語に対応しておりません。
ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありません。このご要望はすでにプロダクトチームに共有しており、今後の改善項目として検討されています。
もし特に日本語対応が必要な箇所がありましたら、ぜひお知らせください。より良い体験を提供できるよう改善に活かしてまいります。

Your human support was good.
Your AI support couldn't fix it.
This was a complex issue apparently, but I should be able to more easily delete old fake reviews from the Shop App that appear inside Judge.me.

fast customer service, limited customization options

I had one question.
I spent the first 20 minutes, arguing with AI, which was giving me a different (and conflicting) answer each time
Once the "human" was summoned, they had to read the entire thread of confusing AI chatter to bring themselves up to speed.
Inefficient.
They recently made some changes to this app so that email reminders are not sent out anymore after the initial requests if there is no interaction with that email. The reminder wasn't even sent out to a customer who ended up opening the initial email a few days later
That is crazy as the whole point of the reminders is to prompt the opening and interaction of the emails if they don't do so on the initial request.
However, we can still ask their support to send out 1st, 2nd or 3rd reminders manually from their side even if initial request emails aren't opened so that's some consolation.
There have also been some bugs in the email request history as a written review wasn't showing up in the status of emails, and requests were sent for accessory products in the order when it was all set just for the main product review.
Anyway, overall it's quite a good app for review management.
The process of importing Etsy reviews using their JSON file was quite time-consuming, as each file contained 2,000 reviews with no option to reduce the number of reviews per file.
We also encountered difficulties in efficiently importing the reviews and assigning them to the corresponding products. The process required me to keep the page open throughout the import and assignment steps. If the page was accidentally closed or refreshed, I had to restart the entire process from the beginning which was quite frustrating.
